I'm very pleased with this purchase. I realize this is not super expensive professional level gear, but compared to the $20-$30 sets I've purchased from discount stores in the past (and gave away at the end of vacation rather than carry home), the difference in quality and comfort is amazing. Certainly will not be leaving this gear behind...it should last me for years to come. I have a small face (have used kids masks in the past) and the Diva mask is a great fit with better than average visibility. The mask material (perhaps silicon?) is super soft and creates a nice tight seal. The foot compartment in the fins is made of wonderfully soft rubber and the size small fits my 8 1/2 foot great; no squeezing and plenty of adjustment room for the length....unless you're foot is bigger than a women's size 9 1/2 (with a narrow to medium width) the small fins should work out just fine. I appreciated the inclusion of the fin 'inserts' to help maintain shape and love the short, compact fin size and carry case for travel; not to mention the fact that it will be easier to navigate the reef without causing damage. In the past I have even just nixed using fins at all because they are such a hassle and always seem to squeeze my foot....these, for me at least, seem like the perfect solution. I'm taking this set on vacation with me so can not comment on the dry snorkel just yet except to say that I like the size of the mouthpiece...it's not as bulky as some I've used in the past. Looking forward to exploring the caribbean with my new gear!

I loved the snorkel and fins, they worked out great. It was nice not having to worry as much about kicking the reef, because you have short fins. They still propel you through the water well. The only problem I had was with the mask. It doesn't have the "double feather edge", so I think water is more likely to seep in. I think the mask would work better for somebody who has a very narrow face shape.

I brought this on my latest SCUBA trip. It worked great, no water leaked, easy to clear snorkel, no water/splash gets in through the snorkel opening until it goes underwater. not as well built as some of the more expensive ones but well worth the price

Dry Snorkel w/ Signal Whistle

  • A unique, 100% absolute dry design -- Patented upper valve keeps water from entering the snorkel. Allows air to easily enter snorkel for clean and unobstructed breathing. Specially designed cover guards against water splashing into the snorkel.
